Following an extended period of consulting to AIFS, working closely with the internal team and gaining a deep understanding of their requirements, We were engaged for the design, development and migration of the main AIFS website and numerous sub-sites, onto the Wordpress platform.

Designed an eco-friendly urban transport network integrating electric buses and smart traffic management systems to reduce carbon emissions by 35%.

Challenge

This project aimed to address the rising traffic congestion and pollution levels in Metro City by designing and implementing a comprehensive urban transport network centered around sustainability. The solution focused on integrating electric buses, optimizing traffic flow, and encouraging the adoption of eco-friendly commuting practices

Solution

Scope of Work:

  • Feasibility Study: Conducted an in-depth analysis of the city’s existing transport infrastructure and identified areas of improvement.
  • Electric Bus Network Design: Planned routes for 200 electric buses, ensuring optimal coverage across densely populated and high-traffic areas.
  • Smart Traffic Management: Developed AI-based traffic signal systems to prioritize buses and reduce delays.
  • Charging Infrastructure: Installed 50 fast-charging stations strategically across the city for seamless electric bus operations.
  • Public Engagement Campaign: Partnered with local stakeholders to educate the community about the benefits of sustainable commuting.

The Results

This project demonstrated Ethical Engineering Solution UAE’s ability to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives while adhering to ethical and sustainable practices.
